Refund Policy

Effective date: 13 May 2026

This policy explains the conditions under which amounts paid for Naqaa subscriptions may be refunded, in accordance with Saudi consumer protection regulations.

1. Trial period

Where a trial is offered, you may use Naqaa with full features for 14 days without any payment. The trial does not require a subscription, no amount is charged, and no refund applies.

2. Refund within the first 14 days of a paid subscription

If this is your first paid subscription to Naqaa and you have not previously used the system through a trial period, you may request a full refund within 14 days of account activation, provided:

  • The number of invoices issued from your account does not exceed 50.
  • The VAT report has not been used for regulatory filing purposes.
  • The request is submitted in writing via the email below.

3. Setup fee (SAR 500)

The setup fee covers initial account setup and team training and is charged once when the account is opened. It is refundable as follows:

  • Before the setup session begins: full refund (SAR 500).
  • After the setup session and before account handover: 50% refund (SAR 250).
  • After account handover: non-refundable.

4. Refunds after 14 days

After 14 days from account activation, no refund of the subscription is granted. You may stop renewal at any time by not transferring the next subscription payment, and continue using the system until the end of the current paid period.

If we issue an invoice in error that results in an overpayment, we will correct it and return the difference — this is treated as a correction, not a subscription refund.

5. Refunds for yearly and quarterly subscriptions

If you choose to cancel a yearly or quarterly subscription before the paid period ends, we may offer a partial refund calculated on unused months, less:

  • The value of used months calculated at the monthly plan rate (SAR 200 / month).
  • A bank processing fee of SAR 50.

Example: you cancel a yearly subscription after 4 months. Calculation: 2000 − (4 × 200) − 50 = SAR 1150 refunded.

6. Cases where no refund is granted

  • Account termination due to breach of the Terms of Service.
  • Non-use of the system for reasons not attributable to us.
  • Change in user requirements after the subscription begins.
  • Refund request made more than 6 months after payment.

7. How to request a refund

  1. Send an email to support@naqaa.tech with the subject "Refund request".
  2. State the laundry name, subscription start date, subscription amount, and reason.
  3. We will reply within 5 business days accepting the request or asking for clarifications.
  4. When approved, the amount is transferred to the bank account from which you paid within 14 business days.

8. Stopping the subscription

Naqaa runs on manual bank transfer and does not auto-renew. If you decide not to continue, simply skip the next IBAN transfer when the paid period ends — your subscription will expire automatically through the normal lifecycle (3-day grace, then 7-day read-only, then suspension).
