Terms of Service

Effective date: 13 May 2026

These terms govern your use of the Naqaa platform (the "Service"). By subscribing to the Service you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service provider

Naqaa ("we") is a freelance business activity registered with Monsha'at under freelance permit no. FL-376520615 in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Description of the service

Naqaa is a browser-based software-as-a-service ("SaaS") that helps laundries:

  • Manage orders, customers, payments, and refunds.
  • Issue invoices and receipts as PDFs.
  • Generate financial reports and a VAT report compliant with ZATCA Phase 1 requirements.
  • Track inventory and manage branches and worker permissions.

We may add or modify features from time to time. We will notify you of material changes before they take effect.

3. Subscription and pricing

  • Plans: monthly 200 SAR, quarterly 550 SAR, yearly 2000 SAR.
  • Setup fee: 500 SAR paid once when opening the account.
  • Trial period: 14 days free before activating any plan (where offered).
  • Payment method: bank transfer to Naqaa's account only. No automatic credit card charges.

4. Renewal and termination

Your subscription does not auto-renew. We will remind you by email 7, 3, and 1 days before expiry. When the paid period ends:

  • Grace period (3 days): full-featured service.
  • Read-only mode (7 days): you can view and export data but cannot create new operations.
  • Suspension: the account is suspended and operations are blocked. Data remains stored for 6 months during which you can renew to restore access.
  • Cancellation: after 6 months of suspension we delete your data permanently unless we are required by law to retain it (e.g., tax records).

5. Your responsibilities as a user

  • Provide accurate information when opening the account and when issuing invoices to your customers.
  • Keep passwords and worker PINs confidential; do not share them with third parties.
  • Comply with Saudi laws, particularly the Anti-Cyber Crime Law and PDPL.
  • Do not use the system for any unlawful activity or to harm others.
  • Obtain your customers' consent when processing their personal data under PDPL.

6. Acceptable use

The following is strictly prohibited:

  • Attempting to hack the system or exploit security vulnerabilities.
  • Reselling the service to a third party without prior written consent.
  • Sending promotional or fraudulent messages using the system's notification tools.
  • Exceeding the limits of your subscribed plan (e.g., the allowed branch count).

If you breach these terms, we may suspend the account immediately with notice stating the reason. You have the right to appeal within 15 days.

7. Data ownership

You remain the owner of all your laundry and customer data. Naqaa stores and processes this data solely on your behalf. Upon subscription termination:

  • You may export all your data in JSON or CSV format before cancellation.
  • We delete our copy of personal data 30 days after cancellation (except where retention is required by law).

8. Platform ownership

All design, code, and the "Naqaa" trademark are owned by the holder of Saudi freelance permit no. FL-376520615. You are not granted any intellectual property rights in the software by subscribing.

9. Limitation of liability

We exercise reasonable care in operating the system but provide the service "as is" without express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect business losses (such as lost profits or opportunities).
  • Damages arising from your misuse of the system or entry of incorrect data.
  • Outages of infrastructure providers (Neon, Cloudflare, Railway).

Our maximum cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the incident. These limitations do not apply to cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Saudi laws.

10. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via your registered email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from use of the service shall first be resolved amicably through negotiation, and failing that, before the competent courts in Riyadh.
